With over 50 years of combined experience in hands on construction and management, co-owners Jeff Halstead and Trevor Bjarnarson will ensure your project is managed with the highest level of attention and detail. In-House Interior Design Services
Award winning certified interiors designers of Harwood Design Builders will work with you to execute your vision before making it a reality! They will work with you to properly space plan, work through schematic designs while considering your budget, create custom millwork and electrical plans, model your vision in 3D and provide you with a full construction package to get started on your build or renovation.
First Class Project Management
Your project will have daily oversight from our office management team, and the same dedicated site supervisor will be with you every step of the way. Your site supervisor will expertly manage the construction, carefully attend to every detail, collaborate closely with your interior designer, and ensure you receive the top-notch service you deserve.
At the end of each week, you will receive a comprehensive report detailing all the progress made on your project. This report will cover everything that has happened throughout the week, including completed tasks, any challenges encountered, and the next steps planned. Our goal is to keep you fully informed and engaged with your project’s status, ensuring that you are always up to date and confident in the progress being made. This transparent communication is part of our commitment to providing a smooth and stress-free experience as we bring your vision to life.

We will go through each item pertaining to the budget to ensure you understand the total estimated construction cost. During construction, a copy of every receipt and invoice will be provided to you for full transparency of each progress draw during your project.

We place a high value on the relationships we’ve built with each and every trade professional who works on your home. While the majority of construction work is expertly handled by our in-house team, we have the flexibility to bring in trusted tradespeople when specialized skills are needed. This collaborative approach allows us to maintain the highest level of control over your project, ensuring that every detail meets our exacting standards. By seamlessly coordinating with our trade partners, we can complete your renovation efficiently and on schedule, delivering a finished product that exceeds your expectations.
On-Going Relationship
Even after your project is complete and you’re enjoying your new home, Harwood Design Builders, as your trusted general contractor, will still be there for you. You’ll benefit from a full coverage warranty for two years on all services provided in your renovation or build.
