With over 50 years of combined experience in hands on construction and management, Jeff Halstead (COO) and Trevor Bjarnason (CAO) will ensure your project is managed with the highest level of attention and detail from start to finish. In-House Interior Design Services
Award winning certified interiors designers of Harwood Design Builders will work with you to execute your vision before making it a reality! They will work with you to properly space plan, work through schematic designs while considering your budget, create custom millwork and electrical plans, model your vision in 3D and provide you with a full construction package to get started on your build or renovation.
First Class Project Management
Not only will your project be overseen by office management on a daily basis, but it will be managed by the same site supervisor throughout your projects entirety. Your site supervisor will properly manage the construction, pay close attention to all of the details, work with your interior designer regularly and provide incomparable client service you deserve.
At the end of each week you will be provided with a detailed report of everything that has happened throughout that week to make certain you are up to date with your project as it stands.

Transparent Budgeting/Invoicing
Through the design process, your designers will ensure your project design coincides with budgeting for cost management. We will go through each item pertaining to the budget to ensure you understand the total estimated construction cost. During construction, a copy of every receipt and invoice will be provided to you for full transparency of each progress draw during your project.
Valuable Trade Relationships
We value our relationships with each and every trade we bring through your home. Though the majority of construction work is completed in-house, we have the ability to bring in our trades when needed on site, thus enabling us to have the most control over your project and completing your renovation in a timely manner.
On-Going Relationship
At project completion, Harwood Design Builders will still be there for you even after construction ends and you’re enjoying your new home. You’ll enjoy full coverage warranty for two years on all services provided in your renovation or build.
