This kitchen went from dark and cumbersome to bright and open with warm white millwork, and a large custom island anchored between the kitchen and living spaces for effortless flow.

The original hardwoods throughout were loved by the clients and, as a result, were kept intact during the renovation. The warm tones in the hardwoods were matched and carried through to other wood details in the home, as seen on the custom hood vent.

From shiplap wall treatments, gorgeous brass hardware, and timeless colour tones – these details don’t go unnoticed! A bonus? The bar backsplash doubles as a secret door to the liquor stash!
