Throughout the quoting process, revisions were made to align with the budget without compromising design or client objectives. Opting for an electric fireplace over gas and making careful finish and fixture selections allowed funds to be allocated to the kitchen addition, a beautiful ensuite with soaker tub and large shower, and an updated laundry room with ample storage. 

Neutral finishes were thoughtfully chosen, creating a timeless and inviting forever home. Natural-looking vinyl plank floors harmonize with white walls, pale gray cabinetry, and a dark island. The wood tones of the arched pantry door, open shelving, and ceiling beams infuse warmth, while the neutral fireplace stone adds texture and cohesion, resulting in a bright, warm, and effortlessly liveable space.
