Classy Contemporary Remodel

The concept for this project was modern regal. The idea came about based on the homeowner’s needs and personal style. The concept was achieved by incorporating elements such as applied mouldings, natural woods, and warm neutral colours.

By using a mix of traditional material/patterns like a subway tile and adding sleek black fixtures, the combination of modern and (traditional) regal came through and was able to be showcased throughout the home.

The concept was not only carried throughout the interior but the exterior with the addition of the cedar wood look siding incorporated with the existing limestone.
