He finds great fulfillment in remodeling and repairing homes to perfectly meet each client’s needs. Jeff is deeply committed to our company culture, valuing both collaboration and a standard of excellence in every project.
Outside work, he’s an avid angler, hockey and golf enthusiast, and a skilled woodworker, crafting cutting boards, bowls, and mugs. Jeff’s passion extends to family, balancing a dynamic career with a love for craftsmanship, exemplifying a commitment to both professional and personal fulfillment.

With 14 years of dedicated service, Trevor Bjarnarson is the proud co-owner of Harwood Design Builders, a trusted name among home renovation contractors in Winnipeg. Trevor finds immense fulfillment in transforming clients’ houses into their dream homes. He is passionate about bringing designs to life and enjoys the wide variety of unique projects that Harwood has had the privilege of building.
Trevor deeply values the company culture, especially the good work-life balance and the camaraderie among team members. To him, the workplace feels like a second family where everyone gets along well.
Outside of work, Trevor enjoys watching his two daughters dance, spending quality time with his family, and traveling. He is also particularly passionate about hobbies such as golf, fishing, and hiking, cherishing every moment spent with his family.

Diane Curtis, Office Manager
Diane has been with Harwood since January 2015 and quickly proved that she was an ideal compliment to the team. She appreciates the diversity of her role and is constantly seeking ways to optimize workflow, efficiency, and productivity for the team. As part of Harwood Design Builders, Diane played a crucial role in achieving COR certification and establishing our comprehensive Safety program. Beyond work, Diane and her husband are actively involved with their church and annually vacation in the Dominican Republic. They enjoy spending time with their nephews and nieces as well as hosting dinner parties for various special occasions. In her spare time Diane enjoys reading, going to the gym and doing jig saw and Kakuro puzzles.

Mary thrives in our company culture, viewing the Harwood team as her extended family. Outside of work, Mary immerses herself in the outdoors, embracing lake life, boating, campfires, hiking, fishing, running, and golfing. Her loyal companion Renner, her dog, often joins her in these adventures. Travel is another passion that fuels her creativity, as she explores diverse cultures and landscapes for inspiration, enriching her design perspectives.

Outside of work, Kyle is a sports enthusiast, enjoying a wide range of activities. He loves attending Jets games in the winter and Bomber games on beautiful summer nights. Golfing in the summer and participating in a curling men’s league in the winter are among his favorite pastimes. Above all, Kyle cherishes the time spent with family and friends, making the most of every moment with them.

Aside from work, Ben stays physically active through activities such as hiking, camping, and rock climbing. As a martial arts enthusiast, he trains in Muay Thai, driven by his admiration for Thai culture and the art of the sport. For fun, he also enjoys attending concerts.
